% 17.07.2017 The present petition is for cancellation of anticipatory bail of respondents No.2, 3 and 4.

Ms.Rebecca M. John, learned senior advocate appearing for the respondents and Ms. Richa Kapoor, learned Additional Standing Counsel have informed this court that after the submission of chargesheet, the respondents appeared before the Court below, when they were granted regular bail. The order granting bail to the petitioner after the chargesheet, though, has not been brought on record.

Mr. Ramesh Gupta, learned Senior Advocate, in view of the aforesaid, does not press this petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
