Respective counsel for the parties submit that they are desirous of resolving all pending disputes between the parties and put to an end to the ongoing litigations.

During the course of hearing, it is agreed that the defamation suit instituted by the respondent/s against the present petitioner shall be withdrawn. In light of the same, the petitioner also seeks to withdraw the present contempt petition against the respondents. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid understanding between the parties. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
