The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "i. Pass an order issuing the contempt against the Respondents and punish them in accordance with law for the contempt of the judgment dated 15.1l.2022 passed in W.P.(C) 12528/2018; and (ii) Pass any such orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the light of above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over in Court today an order dated 07.07.2023 in SLP bearing no. 12263/2023 and the same is taken on record. The aforesaid order stayed the operation of the judgment dated 21.12.2022 in W.P.(C) 60/2020, for which compliance has been sought in the present petition.
