1. The petitioner seeks the de-sealing of the premises, so that repairs could be carried out in terms of the order-dated 11.02.2021 of this court. The South Delhi Municipal Corporation is ready to de-seal the property in terms of the said order.

2. The learned counsel for the parties submit that they will coordinate with each other regarding the date and time when the property is to be de-sealed.
