By the present bail application, the applicant seeks regular bail in FIR No. 133/2018 dated 23.02.2018, registered at Police Station Narela, for offences under Sections 302/307/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Eye-witnesses are yet to be examined.

This Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present bail application at this stage.

The present bail application is dismissed. Pending application(s) also stand disposed of.

The petitioner is at liberty to file an application afresh after all the public witnesses have been examined.
