The present petition filed under Section 10 read with Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks following prayers: - "a.

To direct the Respondent/Contemnor/ Contemnor to comply with the terms and conditions set out in the Settlement and provide her Affidavit, self attested address proof, passport size photographs, vakalatnama etc, b.

To initiate proceedings under section 12 (1) of the Contempt of Courts Acts, 1971 for wilful disobedience and breach of undertaking given to the courts.

To pass such other order{s) and direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 3.

None appears on behalf of petitioners.
