CRL.M.C. 1048/2024, CRL.M.A. 4185/2024 Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of Misc Case No. 27/2023 arising out of HMA Case No. 2665/2022 pending before learned Family Judge, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi. After making some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition and submits that petitioner will explore the possibility of taking further steps before the learned Trial Court for mediation, to explore the possibility of implementation of the settlement agreement between the parties.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. ANOOP KUMAR MENDIRATTA, J.
