The present application under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon' ble Court may be pleased to:

(I) Allow the Petition Under Section 482 of the Code Of Criminal Procedure for quashing the Proceedings of CC No.19026/2018 Titled as Mohd. Shakir Versus Shamshuddin, U/S 138 N.I. Act., P.S. Daryaganj, pending before the Court of Ms. Katyini Sharma Kandwal, Ld. M.M./N.I. Act-03, Distt. Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi (i) Pass such other and further order as this Hon' ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the latter, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the grounds taken herein during the course of the trial in the present complaint. 3.
