This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of Transfer Certificate and all other relevant academic documents of the Petitioner without any further conditions regarding fee receipts.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 1/School, on instructions, submits that the School is ready and willing to give the Transfer Certificate of the Petitioner and had never intended to retain the same. 3.

Accordingly, the Petitioner through her guardian will meet the Principal of Respondent No. 1 on 24.11.2025 at 2:30 PM and the Transfer Certificate will be handed over to the Petitioner under due acknowledgement without any further conditions.

No further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. The writ petition along with pending applications is accordingly disposed of.
