The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent/ MCD to release the payments in respect of the works executed by the petitioner.

The details of the total amounts due have been given in Annexure P-52 filed along with the writ petition.

Ms. Anusuya Salwan, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that as per the table attached in paragraph 4 of the writ petition, all the bills have been paid except the following 3 bills: W.O. NO.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent/ MCD to process the aforesaid bills in terms of the contract. In the event payments are due to the petitioner, the same shall be released in an release the same in an expeditious manner.
