This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the Petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No.366/2022 dated 24.05.2022 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC at P.S. Patel Nagar including proceedings emanating therefrom.

was filed against the Complainant, which was pending before the District Court at Meerut and the outcome is not known and therefore the filing of this petition is premature.

Learned counsel for Petitioners, on instructions from Petitioners, states that the case has been withdrawn on 08.02.2024 and seeks to withdraw this petition to file a fresh petition bringing on record the said order, if any.
