% 11.03.2020 Crl.M.A. 5261/2020 Vide this application, permission is sought by petitioner/company to withdraw the main petition.

The petition has been filed against the order and judgment dated 14th September, 2017 passed by the learned trial court in a complaint case under Section 138 read with Section 141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Respondent is yet not served with notice of the petition. On a query raised to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, no reason is forthcoming for withdrawal of the petition and it is simply asserted that the petitioner/ company does not wish to pursue this petition. In view of the aforesaid, this application is allowed and petitioner is permitted to unconditionally withdraw the main petition. CRL.A. 253/2020

The application is disposed.

CRL.L.P. 32/2018 In view of orders passed in Crl.M.A. 5261/2020, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
