The present petition has been filed under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the Orders dated 15.12.2025 and 21.01.2026 passed by the learned Recovery Officer, RO-II, DRT-I & Order dated 19.12.2025 of learned Recovery Officer, RO-I, DRT-I at New Delhi. 2.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to move an appropriate application before appropriate authority. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the same.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present petition stands disposed. 4.
