This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant/Petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking modification of order dated 09.02.2024 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in para- 15 of the order inadvertently, it has been mentioned that FIR No. 66/2017 dated 20.02.2017 under Section 354/354A/506/34 IPC registered at PS Gandhi Nagar are quashed along with the proceedings emanating therefrom. 3.

Learned counsel submits that in fact at the stage of charge, the charges were framed only under Section 354/354B IPC. Therefore, order is required to be modified to the extent that the FIR No.66/2017 dated 20.02.2017 under Section 354/354B IPC is quashed along with the proceedings emanating therefrom.

In view of the submissions made, the order is modified accordingly. Fresh order be uploaded mentioning in para -15 that "Accordingly, FIR No.66/2017 dated 20.02.2017 under Sections 354/354B IPC registered at PS: Gandhi Nagar and FIR No.67/2017 under Sections 354/354B IPC registered at PS: Gandhi Nagar are hereby quashed along with proceedings emanating therefrom."
