Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents on instructions submits that there is no impediment for the petitioners to discharge their functions as a tourist facilitator. 2.

A perusal of the circular dated 16.12.2025, would also indicate that the approval of ASI is required to conduct guiding activities within ASIprotected monuments in Delhi. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it has not conducted any guiding activities, however, it is acting as a certified facilitator and they are called as Incredible Tourist Facilitator Association (ITFA).
