By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks expeditious/time-bound disposal of Complainant Case No. 2676/2023 [Kuldeepak Mittal v. M/s. Tycoon Brothers Pvt. Ltd. and Ors.], pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-02, New Delhi District, Patiala House Court. It is stated that the arguments have been heard in part, and the matter is next listed on 18.04.2026.

The petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner may approach the Trial Court for expeditious hearing/disposal of the Complaint Case. However, it is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the merits of such an application, which will be considered by the Trial Court in accordance with its own board, and the age of the matters pending before it.
