Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that an undertaking in terms of the order dated 4th February, 2025, passed by this Court, has already been filed vide Diary No.995966/25, however, the same is not on record. During the couse of arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has handed over a copy of the undertaking, which is taken on record.

Taking into consideration the contents of the undertaking, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner herein shall vacate the premises on or before 30th April, 2026, failing which, the concerned authority shall be at liberty to take necessary steps with the assistance of local police.
