The instant petition is filed seeking following reliefs: "i. Summon the whole record of the present case and after perusing the same may be pleased to :- ii. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release/supply the registered sale deed dated 27.06.2022 of the land measuring 13 biga 10 biswas bearing khasra number 1364//(3-1), 1365//(4-11) . 1366 min/(1-0) , 1367(1-15) , 1371 mni/(0-10) , 1372 min/(2-3) iii. To issue any other writ, order or direction which this hon'ble court may find just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. iv. Filing the certified and true typed copies of the annexures may kindly be exempted.

Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondents. 3.

Mr. Tushar Sannu, Advocate, who is present in Court, is requested to appear on behalf of Govt of NCT of Delhi.

Mr. Sannu submits that he may be granted some time to take instructions.

The Court, however, finds that the nature of the prayers made in the instant writ petition, are such which may not require the respondents to file the reply.

The petition seeks for directions to supply the registered sale deeds. There is no reason as to why the sale deeds have not been supplied. 7.

In case, the petitioner approaches the concerned authority within a period of 30 days from today, let his grievance be considered with due expedition.

If for any reason, the sale deeds cannot be supplied/released, let the specific reasons be assigned. The petitioner, thereafter, shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law. 9.

Let a communication in relation to the aforesaid aspect be made to the concerned authority by Mr. Sannu.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
