W.P.(CRL) 105/2018 Status report filed by the State reflects that the verification was conducted by SI Harkesh Meena who had gone to the concerned hospital i.e. Jawaharlal Nehru Chikitsalaya at Ajmer, Rajasthan. On an inquiry from the concerned doctor Dr.M.G.Aggarwal, it was revealed that the patient/petitioner had a chest pain and he had been advised angiography. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the petitioner while on his way back from Jaipur to Delhi had gotten his check up done at Ajmer where his in-laws are residing.

The verification report reveals this medical condition of the petitioner. The status/verification report and medical report substantiate the submission of the petitioner.

The parole granted to the petitioner of four weeks expiring on 16.01.2018 is extended for another period of four weeks to be counted from 16.01.2018 on the same terms and conditions. The petitioner shall surrender himself to the jail authorities immediately on the expiry of the extended period of four weeks.

Petition disposed of.
