This is an application seeking passing of a decree in terms of the settlement agreement dated 20.10.2023.

The parties have arrived at a settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 20.10.2023. 3.

I have gone through the mediation settlement and the same is in order and duly signed by the parties and their respective counsels. 4.

For the said reasons, the application is allowed in terms of the settlement agreement binding the parties to the terms of the settlement dated 20.10.2023.

Application is disposed of.

Since the parties have settled the matter, it is directed as under: i. New Delhi, Kotak Mahindra Bank and ICICI Bank will transfer the amounts in terms of paragraph 8, 9 and 10 of this application. ii.

Kotak Securities Ltd., HDFC Securities Ltd- DP ID:IN301151 will transfer the amount/ holding of Mr. Mon Mohan Koli in favour of the defendant No.1 as per details in paragraph 11 of this application.

iii.

The securities/mutual funds held by Shri Mon Mohan Kohli are released in favour of defendant No.1 in terms of details provided in paragraph No. 12 of this application.

iv.

Defendant No.1 is permitted to operate lockers in CP VOLTS B45/47, Middle Cir, Block B, Connaught Place, New Delhi110001, U&I VOLTS LTD-1, F-41, Ring Rd, South Extension, Block F, New Delhi-110049; The Delhi Safe Deposit Co. Ltd86, Janpath Rd, Atul Grove Road, HC Mathur Lane, New Delhi110001 (7176, Key No- 7215) and Standard Chartered Locker Services- Narain Manzil, 23, Barakhamba Rd, New Delhi110001, in the name of Shri Mon Mohan Kohli and shall close the said locker after complying with the formalities.

8. The suit is decreed having been settled.
