On an objection being raised by the learned counsel for the respondents that the appropriate remedy for the petitioner lies before the Armed Forces Tribunal under the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007, the learned senior counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, prays for leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the learned Armed Force Tribunal.
