This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.
This is a petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter, 'Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the Tribunal. The appointment of the Tribunal had taken place vide order dated 10th February, 2022 in Arbitration Petition 241/2020. 3.
The dispute between the parties arises out of letter of acceptance dated 7th February, 2018 for the work of "Redevelopment of Bapu Samaj Sewa Kendra, Panchkuian Road , New Delhi". It is averred that the dispute was in regard to non-payment of dues by the Respondent. 4.
The Arbitrator had entered upon reference on 28th February, 2022. The matter has been going on before the ld. Arbitrator. 5.
Ld. Counsel for the parties submit that the case is at the stage of final hearing.

Accordingly, the mandate of the ld. Arbitrator is extended with consent of the parties for a period of six months from 28th February, 2024.
