This is a petition seeking enforcement and implementation of the Arbitral Award dated 15.05.2014 passed by the Sole Arbitrator. 2.

It is admitted that pursuant to the orders passed in this execution petition, the judgement debtor has deposited the entire decretal amount. 3.

The said amount has been withdrawn by the decree holder subject to furnishing a bank guarantee to the satisfaction of the Registrar General of this Court.

For the said reasons, the petition is disposed of and as and when petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, filed by the judgment debtor being OMP (COMM) 25/2017 is decided, the bank guarantee will be dealt with accordingly.
