During course of the arguments, it was apprised that the father of the victim has been called for evidence on 16.03.2026. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, and, without prejudice to her rights and contentions, does not press the abovesaid applications at this juncture.

She, however, submits that she may be permitted to file applications seeking bail afresh, after the examination of the abovesaid witness. She also submits that in case applicants require interim bail for any urgent cause, such option may also be left open.

In view of the above, both the abovesaid applications are disposed of as not pressed.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 7.
Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
