1. Pursuant to the last order, learned senior counsel for the appellant has furnished the appellant's current address in a sealed cover which has been opened and perused. The said envelope is directed to be sealed again.

2. Further, in terms of the last orders, Mr.Albert Shtoda, Attache, Consular Division, Embassy of the Russian Federation, is present in Court and submits that the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Delhi has not authorized the appellant to use their address for the purpose of filing the present appeal.

3. In these circumstances, we are of the view that the appellant cannot be permitted to pursue her appeal without mentioning her current address.

4. When faced with this situation, learned senior counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file a fresh appeal depicting the appellant's correct current address.

5. The appeal is, accordingly alongwith all pending applications dismissed with liberty as prayed for.

6. Needless to state, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the appeal at this stage.
