The present Petition has been filed assailing the correctness of the order dated 07.11.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in O.A. 4349/2024 captioned Praveen Kumar vs. Union of India & Ors. 2.

Admittedly, the Respondent was the recipient of DRM Award for the year 2021-22, which entitles him to an increment of One (01) additional mark, which would have ideally rendered the final total marks to 29 or more. However, due to an inadvertent error, the Respondent failed to claim the aforesaid mark. Subsequently, he filed O.A. before the Tribunal, which has been disposed of, while directing to convene a review DPC.

The facts of the present case are not in dispute.
