However, in the course of the hearing, Mr. Bahar U. Barqi, learned counsel for the petitioner, states, upon instructions, that the petitioner does not wish to pursue CRL.M.C. 1139/2026, without prejudice to his rights and contentions in the pending revision petition before the Special Court.

The petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above submissions. 4.
It is clarified that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.

The next date of hearing before this Court, i.e., 10.08.2026, stands cancelled.
