The hearing has been conducted through video-conferencing. 1.

The present petition raises a grievance as regards unauthorised construction at property bearing no. A-55, Ashok Vihar, Phase-II, Delhi110052. 2.

Learned counsel for MCD who appears on an advance notice submits that a demolition order in respect of the unauthorised construction as referred to in the present petition was passed on 21.12.2023. He further submits that the demolition action is scheduled on 19.02.2024. 3.

Taking on record the aforesaid statement and binding the MCD to take requisite action in accordance with law, the present petition stands disposed of.

In case, there is any shortcoming in the action taken by the MCD, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court. 5.
