The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "a. This Hon'ble Court may, in its wisdom, issue a Writ of Mandamus, thereby directing the concerned authority to promptly and judiciously allote Chamber No.D-227 in lieu of E-216 in Lawyer's Chamber Block, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.
b. The petitioner further implores the Court to grant such additional orders or reliefs as it may deem fit and equitable in the circumstances."
