By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks third spell of furlough for a period of two weeks and issuance of a Writ in the nature of Mandamus granting simultaneous release alongwith co-convict Surender @ Kalwa S/o Rattan Lal in FIR No.119/2024 registered at PS.: Rohini, Delhi under Sections 302/392/394/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
