% 14.03.2024 On a suggestion made by this Court that an appeal against the impugned Order is maintainable under Section 61 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 61 of the IBC before the NCLAT and also make a request to the NCLAT to dispose of dispose of an application filed by the Petitioner under Section 65 of the IBC.

Leave and liberty, as sought for, is granted. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with the pending applications, if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
