The appellant has deposited Rs.9,94,958/- with the Claims Tribunal as per the status report received. Since the appellant has withdrawn this appeal, the Claims Tribunal is directed to disburse the amount deposited by the appellant to the claimants in terms of the award. With respect to the balance award amount, the claimants are at liberty to execute the award in accordance with the law. Copy of this order be sent to the claimants as well as their counsel. J.R.
