By virtue of the present application the applicant seeks early hearing of the bail application no.495/2025 in FIR No.388/2024 dated 01.12.2024 registered under Sections 333/110/351(2)/324(2)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at PS.: Karawal Nagar, Delhi. 2.

For the reasons stated therein, the present application is allowed. 3.
