The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to take action in accordance with law against the illegal and unauthorised construction in property bearing no. 6547, Qutab Road, Nabi Karim, Pahar Ganj, New Delhi-110055.

The petitioner has filed photographs along with the petition to highlight the unauthorised construction. A complaint has been filed with the respondent/MCD on 3rd February, 2026.

In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner should have waited for some time for the respondent/MCD to act on the complaint before approaching this Court.

the respondent/MCD to take action in accordance with law. 5.
