Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for locating Master Sanjay son of the petitioner, and to expedite the investigation in relation to FIR No. 509/2020. 2.

Two Status Report has been filed on 18.03.2024 and 19.08.2025 have been filed on behalf of the State wherein it has been explained that the son of the Petitioner, had gone missing. All the Protocols and the steps have been taken to trace Master Sanjay though, no success has been achieved till date. Hue and Cry Notices have been issued on 03.02.2025. 3.

The Complainant was examined on 07.02.2025 and was directed to inform in case he receives any call or information about the missing son. The Hue and Cry Notice was again issued on 24.02.2025. 4.

The Police Team was sent to Alwar, Rajasthan on 27.02.2025, to trace The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

the missing girl in another case. A Hue and Cry Notice along with the photograph of the missing boy, was also pasted at Police Station Gaji, District Alwar, Rajasthan for wide publicity but to no clue has been found of the missing boy.

The Team was sent on 28.02.2025 to Chakradharpur, Jharkhand in another Case and the Hue and Cry Notice has been posted on the Notice Board of Police Station Gudri and Sonua District West Singhbhumi, Jharkhand for wide publicity.

Again on, 05.08.2025, one suspect namely Shalender @ Surya was interrogated but no new information could be found. 7.

On 05.08.2025, all directions of SO No. 18/24 were complied and the Letters were sent to Director NCRB, R. K.Puram, Incharge CIC/CBI, CGO Complext, Lodhi Road, Delhi Hetway Cable, City Network IN Ditigal indusland Media and Commn. Ltd. while WT messages have been flashed to all the SSPs of other State of India and All SHOs of Delhi. 8.

On 07.08.2025, the data of missing child had been checked on Adhaar Portal but no clue was found. It is stated that the investigation is in progress and all possible efforts have been made to trace the missing child. 9.

Learned counsel further informs that Habeas Corpus bearing W.P. (Crl) No. 1787/2021 was filed wherein it was finally disposed of vide Order dated 09.11.2022 directing the Police to continue to locate and recover the child and file quarterly reports in that behalf before the Court of Competent Magistrate, before whom the FIR No. 509/2020 under Section 360 IPC dated 20.06.2020, at Police Station Model Town, has been filed. 10.

Learned counsel submits that there is due compliance of the directions given vide Order dated 09.11.2022 while disposing of the Writ Petition and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

all consistent efforts have been made to trace the missing child. 11.

In view of the Status Report and the directions of the Division Bench vide Order dated 09.11.2022, nothing more survives in the present Petition. The Respondent shall continue to make an endeavour and submit the quarterly report in terms of the Order dated 09.11.2022. 12.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
