By way of present application, the applicant is seeking extention of interim bail which was granted vide order dated 14.02.2025, for a period of two months in BAIL APPLN. 509/2025 and in FIR bearing no. 255/2022, registered at Police Station Crime Branch, Delhi, for the offences punishable under Sections 20/25/29 of Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereafter 8NDPS Act9).

Issue notice. Mr. Manoj Pant, APP for State accepts notice on behalf of the state.

though she admits that the interim bail so granted expired on 12.04.2025. She brought this Court?s attention to Annexure-B. 6.

Considering the documents so filed. The interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 14.02.2025 herein stands extended till the next date of hearing on the same terms and conditions. 7.

Let the verification report be filed, at least two days prior to the next date of hearing.
