In view of the Division judgment of this Court in Jain Co-operative Bank Ltd vs. Puneet Jain & Others in W.P.(C) 1588/2022 decided on 28th March, 2023, the impugned order is set aside and the revision petition filed by the petitioner is revived. The said revision petition shall be considered and disposed of by the Financial Commissioner in accordance with law. 2.

Parties are directed to appear before the Financial Commissioner on 19th September, 2024.
