By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking grant of parole for a period of one month on the ground of filing of the SLP before the Hon‟ble Supreme Court.

Issue notice. The learned ASC (Criminal) accepts notice on behalf of the State.

before the Hon‟ble Supreme Court and to engage in consultations with his legal counsel and assist him, however, the same has still not been decided. 6.

In view of the above, it is specifically directed that considering the facts of this case, the present writ petition be treated as representation on behalf of the petitioner for grant of parole on the ground mentioned in the present petition and the Competent Authority shall decide the same, within a period of 03 weeks from date, under intimation to the petitioner herein. 7.

Let the copy of the present writ petition and the order be provided to the concerned Competent Authority.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. 9.
