The applicant (respondent No. 3 in the writ petition) has filed this application for correction of a typographical error in the order dated 24.10.2024, to the extent that the petitioner's flat number has been mentioned as "DDA Flat No. A-706" in paragraph 3 of the order, rather than "DDA Flat No. A-705". The applicant's contention appears to be correct from a perusal of the memo of parties and the contents of the writ petition.
