At this stage, parties state that it would be appropriate if they are referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for the purpose of negotiation / settlement. Accordingly, parties are directed to appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 23.02.2018 at 3 pm and thereafter on all subsequent dates as and when summoned by the mediator.
