% 12.03.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner had sought to set aside the impugned order dated 18.12.2017 passed by the learned Court of Special Judge (PC Act), CBI-01, Saket Court, New Delhi against the order dated 06.11.2017 of the learned Court of MM-03 (Mahila Court), South District, Saket, New Delhi in CC No. 537/2017 titled as Chhaya Rathi Vs. Lokender Singh and Ors.

It has now been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties at the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi dated 02.02.2018, the said CC No. 537/2017 has since been withdrawn by the respondents in the learned Court of MM-03 (Mahila Court), South District, Saket, New Delhi. Copy of the proceedings have been produced and the copy of the same be placed on record.
