This petition is filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of period for concluding the arbitration proceedings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no. 1 is the only contesting party and respondent no. 2 i.e. Axis Bank Limited had issued the bank guarantee.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 has no serious objection to the prayer made.

In view of the above, the time period for conclusion of the proceedings is extended by six months.
