The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for quashing of decision dated 24.10.2021 taken by the respondent no. 2 by suspending the petitioner's Twitter account. The petitioner has made the following prayers:

a) Issue a Writ/Order/Direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned decision of the Respondent No.2 dated 24.10.2021 whereby the Petitioner has been suspended out of his Twitter account.

b) Pass any other Writ(s)/Order(s)/Direction(s)/Relief(s) in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondents in the interest of justice.

The counsel for the petitioner stated that as the Twitter account of the petitioner has already been restored by the respondent no. 2, the prayers made in the present petition are satisfied as such, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition along with pending applications, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
