Vide order dated 12.09.2019, it was directed as under: "CM APPL Nos.52961/2018. 6779/2019 The W.P.(C) 6884/2018 which challenges the assessment order dated 22.03.2018 and the property tax bill dated 28.03.2018 is now listed for disposal on 18.09.2019. The assessment bill involved in this W.P.(C) also pertains to the same property though the date of the assessment order is different.

It would be appropriate if this matter be taken after the disposal of the W.P.(C) 6884/2018. In the circumstances list on 04.12.2019. Interim order to continue till the next date of hearing." 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that W.P.(C)6884/2018 is still pending and is now listed for hearing and disposal on 25.04.2024. 3.

As already directed, vide order dated 12.09.2019, the present matter shall be taken up after disposal of W.P.(C) 6884/2018. 4.

List on 11.07.2024.
