Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that, in the view of the order dated 05th December, 2025, and the undertaking furnished by the petitioners on 10th December, 2025, the request of the petitioner for conversion of the land-in-question to freehold shall be considered, and decision to that effect will be communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

Since the statement is made on instructions by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and the same is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
