2. This petition filed by the Petitioners under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (Act) is not maintainable for the simple reason that it requires the Court to set aside two orders of the sole Arbitrator.
3. Section 9 of the Act does not permit the Court to set aside the order of an Arbitrator. The petition is misconceived and cannot be entertained. It is for the Petitioners to seek other remedies as may be available to them in
accordance with law for redressal of their grievance.
