Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that since there is an Arbitration Clause in the License Agreement, the petitioner may be allowed to seek his remedies under the said Arbitration Clause. 2.

Thus, he submits that he may be granted liberty to withdraw the present writ petitions, for seeking remedies as per the License Agreement. 3.

Rights and contentions of all the parties are left open and shall be decided in the appropriate proceedings.
