By an order dated 31.01.2017, the above captioned petition was disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive it as and when released from the custody. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the petitioner has been released from the custody. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the arbitral tribunal has already been constituted. In view of the aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the

arbitral tribunal under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for an appropriate relief including the relief as sought in the present petition.
