The present petition alleges non-compliance with the directions contained in the judgment / order dated 11.12.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 18841/2025. The same reads as under:- "1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the statutory petition preferred by him on 26 August 2025 may be disposed of by the respondents.
2. Mr. Varun Jamwal, learned Senior Panel Counsel for the respondents on instructions undertakes to ensure that the statutory petition would be disposed of within eight weeks from today and the decision would be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.
3. The writ petition, therefore, stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms." 2.
It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that the statutory appeal of the petitioner has been decided on 02.02.2026. 3.
Let a copy of the decision taken on the petitioner's statutory appeal be provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of day. 4.
