By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 224/2024, dated 18.03.2024, registered at Police Station Mukherjee Nagar under Sections 406/498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After some hearing, Mr. Sandeep Chandna, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the petitioners before the Sessions Court. 3.

I am also informed that a Look Out Circular ["LOC"] has been issued against petitioner No. 1 arising out of the same FIR. will not come in the way of petitioner No. 1 filing independent proceedings in respect of the said LOC.

It is also made clear that, in the event of change in circumstance before the Trial Court, the petitioners may move this Court again seeking quashing on the basis of compromise.

The petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberties.
